That would be good if it is. The way I read it is that Bally has licensed to us the right to use their Bally games in a game card design, which we could then sell to casinos who would sell or "comp" these familiar games to their customers. The challenge here, IMO, is that we (not Bally) would have to get our game-card technology approved in each casino jursidiction if the cards are to be used as a gambling vehicle. Another opening would be to simply market the cards as a promotional method. Casinos could even mail them to their known slot customers, to introduce new types of Bally slot machines. They're always coming out with new machines. Lots of ways to work the promotion angle.

A major difference between the Bally and Scientific Game licensing agreement is that the royalty flow is reversed, which means Bally can't put us on ice like Sci Games did for 3 years. However, the onus is on us now to make this successful.
