the weak retail and weak jobs report (it's weak) mean the Fed will continue accomodative policy. The overlying trend up -- which has baffled everyone for months, rests on the monetary easing. Market is down on a strong dollar... today.

But nothing has changed. I think people were scared the Fed might shift to tightening -- but my guess is nothing could be further from the case.

Look: indexes now green.


Global funds just can't put their money in the $usd and leave it there. That's financial suicide. The big caps like aapl / amzn need a rest but money is going to have to seek a new home... I think it has to go to value caps... the last best area to find value.
