It is not the assets that are at the heart of the BK procedure. It is the debt and creditors. Creditors would have been all over CORS months ago if they had defaulted on their payments. You can take that to the bank!lol That is one of the reasons I think this is a wait and see action by us retail investors. I bought a penny stock years ago that languished at .13 for months then one day I got an alert and it went to 3.20. Eventually stabilized at 2.80. The point being sh$t happens. If you are in the right place at the right time it can happen to you in the penny market. The odds are pretty long though.
