yes. i have a friend who just a few weeks ago sold half his shares, holding the rest from VOXL/DVGL.
I think the share price is artificially inflated by manipulation, which is inexpensive when the float is microscopic. The issued shares that have not entered the market may still enter someday.
good luck with it.
On the positive side they are progressing in many ways.
