Very I wish I knew what you were talking about. I dont know what level 3 is? I've only been playing stocks for about 3 months, sorry for the ignorance in advance, but I literally dont know how a 2000 trade could make the price drop or raise that much. When I bought my last 10,000 shares the price didnt move an inch!
