I just posted this on the other board. Hope it makes sense to everyone...Franks has said before that he "controls" 53% so I believe that includes all insiders.

You're not only wrong on OS your whole post is wrong..The following was taken from NEOM's key statistics.

Shares Outstanding: 337.31M
Float: 247.80M
% Held by Insiders: 26.54%

If you notice the float is 73.46% of the Shares Outstanding (OS)or 100% - 26.54%.
Float = 337.31 x 73.46%.

QBID should read as follows:
Shares Outstanding: 9,500,000,000
Float: 4,465,000,000
% held by insiders 53%

The 6 billion share are being held in trust (restricted for 5 years) as collateral for cash received etc.

Frank would know what the float is because he owns everything that is not float. Hope that clears it up.
