They can get shares for a penny if the share price is .0125 within the last 10 day trailing VWA if they choose to convert these debentures. Last Q indicates that they may have stopped converting Series C and started converting Debentures.



Edit: Not sure why that pic is not displaying but the debentures from august 07 through July 08 carry conversion features at 80% of the trailing 10 day VWA price. They also have the earlist maturity dates.
