I believe so...they have been updating pinksheets and have now become current with them. I'm expecting a name change sometime in the near future per last filing. They seem to be serious about getting this all going. They have 73 franchises going and I think I read somewhere that in order to get more going in different states they have to get all reports and financials up to date.
