Europeans love green deals and we think VGPR will be well received by the German investors.

This introduction to this whole new group of investors is coming just as the VGPR story is gaining momentum.

The news + the new investors + the momentum = A higher PPS (price per share) for VGPR.

This is just the beginning of a new leg higher on VGPR.

More clarity on VGPR's projects should be in the pipe. Once we get more news, PSC expects VGPR to go through the old high of .039 and then move to .10.
