This is all just a $28,000.00 pump. Can it be a surprise to anyone that a company willing to pay 100s of thousands of dollars and issue 10s of millions of shares for pumps earlier this year, would now be willing to forfeit $28k to give the PPS a final shot in the arm while they dump? This Marvel thing is as transparent as glass.
