PUDA- hopefully they'll pr what's up tomorrow or Monday.

I can think of no other reason for this filing than to secure the first two operational mines in the consolidation process- and if they're doing that with only $11M, and then using cash flows and bank loans to pay the balance, then this is excellent news for shareholders IMO.
