I agree that it's tiresome, but I disagree that it's spam. If you can find something in the TOU that supports your argument, I'll take it into consideration.

Seriously tho, anyone have any thoughts on when we'll hear about some progress on the facility? They PR'd that they had begun work on completing the reassembling of the Black Rock Canyon Mine screening plant and had negotiated a deal with an electrical firm to finish the remaining plant work back on SEP 17, 2009. That's pushing three months ago!
Who was that who drove to the facility and talked to the facility manager/caretaker? That sounded both promising and foreboding.
I figure it's going to be a long winter. I agree with KevinFx that it's unlikely they're going to start up in the dead of winter, but hey, why not? We all may want to find a hobby in the meantime.
