What we NEED to know at this juncture, is that the Park is BEING BUILT! Or, at the very least, will be in the future. There's no reason to believe it will be.
SO. Other than one incomplete building, a few paths and a shelter of some sort, all of which was what we knew was there from earlier this year, where does VTPK stand? When will they open???
