I agree, and in this case I don`t think they did make their way into the market. They are being held by the DTCC according to them. The global Lock was in place because of what didn`t make it into the market. Now the SEC. will have to determine where they originated. Megas could have removed himself or others inside the company from the list, but chose not to. IMO
Don`t you even wonder why?
