This is what I stated.

Did you not see the word ONGOING? You say yourself the pics you posted were from back in June or sometime. We knew some infrastructure had been started along with roadways and a partial building. That was KNOWN.

The point has been made that the construction has come to a standstill. Aka, no longer ONGOING.

You want to try again? Is VTPK moving forward with construction, or not?
