Is it me.. or

It seems that for the past 2-3 years, this stock has pretty much dropped to nothing, and then 1-2 times a year, it rockets. Call it a cyclical stock if you want.. but it seems that right about Xmas and/or New years this hits a HI then drops off to nothing
