that is correct .. but! perhaps one should ask WHY he is no longer involved in VTPK ..

or is that not considered DD to you?

reading 1 2 3 year old PR's from penny stock promo companies on the web who now or did hold a position in the company - pumping the " short squeeze of a life time BS and using the X Chairman of the boards name ...

is hardly DD ...
