Mr. Gaffney,

Good morning! A lot of great news coming out, and the investors seem excited by the prospects. I had written you yesterday from a different address, but I decided to try from here as I have a question that I know has been burning the boards as well as the street on your company and the recent PR's.

That question is regarding transparency. Will you be filing a form 8K any time soon with the official numbers including the current share structure. It seems that many are concerned about not having any current information on this, myself included. Some have posited that as far as we know, there could now be 10 billion authorized shares at this point as opposed to the reported 5 billion as of March '09. Many are hesitant to jump on board without this information, but I am certain you know this already. My only question is in regard to whether or not you plan to PR an official filing to this effect.

Thanks again for your time and I plan to continue examining investor sentiment and reporting back to you as neccessary.
