As per DOJ's settlement agreement, Stericycle has to OFF-LOAD some its key customers to other RMW companies before closing the deal with Medserve.

I believe Biomed is coming out with an article tomorrow!

MCLN is fully compliant with RMW regulatory requirements and APPROVED in ALL 50 STATES!!! There is a HUGE possibility for MCLN to grab those contracts. HUGE $$$$!
