Here is the link to the specs. It's very long. I did not run thru' it though. As from my past DD on research papers (which i posted long time ago) on the subject topic jointly written by US Army and ITT Corp, the technology described are that by ITT (of course) and using Alexandrite Laser. Personally, i don't think the specs. will mention the types of equipments to be used as such procurement specs are usually written to be of outcome-based, e.g. capable of almost immediate sensing of chemicals on the move, etc.
