Could this be all part of the plan? Possibly part of "The Big Announcement"? It certainly puts a damper on the NSS covering the dividend for a little while. Roger does have an inside track to the SEC, doesn't he?

If I were a Naked Shorter the last thing I would do is lead the SEC to any evidence that might prove to be incriminating. That is RGs job. Sit back, eat your popcorn and let RG do his magic.

Like all good mystery movies, a twist is required to throw all the viewers off. It wouldn't be that much fun to watch if you could figure out who the murderer is in the first scene. The CMKX saga has been quite a mystery and has not been without its twists. I'll be sitting here watching and waiting. I'm an optimist, so I know this will all work for the good of the shareholders and company(s). I'm just not sure which of my favorite charactors will be riding off in the sunset wearing the white hat...with the girl... with his share of the money....

My money is on RG!
