People,
If they have big plans brewing which we all think is the case,
they need capital to facilitate them. I think that is the reason why they are increasing the o/s. They just moved to a brand new facility,new 1-800 number- if you are not going to go all the way
why bother. This I think is the last great shake before this flies.
They are getting the last stragglers out with this proxy, thats all this is. I hope I am right, but it just seems logical.
