there is ONE thing that will send the PPS up, and that is MORE CARRIERS.

I think they have been waiting to see the quality of programming, and we'll see what kind of spin they provide in regards to this and the OS/AS.....
The biggest problem about today is that Frank's credibility has been shown to be weak.....

bring on Time Warner....only with more eyeballs on this station will the market see clear to be buying this stock...instead of buying into the face of broken promises and coming competition.....
