Thanks for posting the link. I missed they had a CC.

I guess things are either as drbio suggested or perhaps they were expecting a bit more. The up front seems on the low side considering they are so near to market and the revenue split seems lower then I would have expected given the up front amount. BUT (and a big but) as I am sure you are aware keeping the Israel market in this disease is an important market opportunity. I don't think they will go begging for more cash if the launch goes smoothly (I do much worse at typo's at least the few you do are funny!).
