VGPR looks incredibly cheap @ .0182. The stock bounced hard off of the .015 level today. This is a 21.33% move for members who added earlier in the day. We spoke to the company today to get some feedback on the sell-off in the last few days. They tells us that one day trading group got rid of four million shares yesterday. This could have sparked the sell-off. It looks like the stock found a bottom @ .015. VGPR tells us to expect strong news very soon. This will cause a snap back rally. We think the stock will test the old high of .039 on solid news. Our ultimate target is still .10 or more on the stock. The PSC team will have another call with management tomorrow to see what kind of insight we can get on VGPR.
