Doc I am not sure how you can say that you do not think the dilution issue is a big one? Perhaps you have not looked at the share price lately so I will refresh your memory, the PPS closed at .026 today. To get the 3-5 mil he is talking about they would need an additional 100-200 million shares and that is assuming that they could get .026 for them which they would not. Put that amount of shares on the market, even in a progressive release, and the PPS will be sub penny faster than you can say Shazam. If they were to find a Ms.08 style of investor do you think that investor would take it for .026, the answer is Hell no, they will want a discount. Probably more like .0026 if past discounting practices continued. Just my opinion here but the amount of dilution required at current PPS levels will significantly impact the longs overall value in the company. Now on top of this remember the FFI spin off for a PRORATED number of shares will also significantly impact the longs overall value in the company. I realize the company needs to generate capital in some way but I do not believe the amount of additional shares required and the FFI prorating should be thrown around as if it is insignificant. After the additional NSOL shares and the prorating of the NSOL to FFI is complete check the percentage amount of the company you own now to the percentage amount of FFI you end up owning. I think it will be a rude awakening. And on top of all that keep in mind FFI currently only has 30 mil out there of a possible 100 so after all this they can authorize even more shares in the future after the spinoff. Just something to think about and keep in mind about the dilution and prorating numbers games.
