That's good that YOU think that.

But some points.

1. Pink sheet companies do not have to have fully audited financials to be transparent according to www.pinksheets.com, just GAAP financials.
2. Pink sheet companies are by default non-reporting. if they were fully reporting they might as well be an OTCBB company.
