The shares they issue for the aquizition, if they are smart, will be restricted, thus no increase in immediate sellable float. MHAN has room to issue more shares with out stock holder approval that they have never used, they have been conservative on that front of late. Could go either way, but if you look at this years biotech merger news stock price rallies on news of a merger, we could get a real nice push up from here before any fall back. Hard to say for sure.
