If you continue violating the rules, not limited to opening or using other accounts, this choice will no longer be yours to make.

You should take the next 30 days and decide if you want to be a part of this community and abide by the rules set forth. If you don't, then the internet is a big place and there are plenty of other sites that have no requirements regarding conduct. I suggest you then hit logout and find another venue more to your liking.
