Since the company is under no legal obligation to make projections, I made a decision that accurate projections are more important than timely ones.

I think that say's it all. It's a mom & pop operation and mvsn has maintained all along that they cannot produce and would not be around in two years. With this type of attitude, I hate to agree with them but it looks like they figured it out before me.
