I was debating this with a friend we seem to think there is possibility of a head fake sell off at the close...
2 reasons...

1 Day traders selling off
2 Market Makers stand to gain alot of money if they can get people to sell shares cheap and then start the price off alot higher the following day.

Whenever I see NITE I'm always on the lookout for a MM price drop on low volume feeding into a panic sell off only to Gap the price up the next day, NITE is a punk, smart but a punk!
