In the short term this was done to maintain control. Way down the road this stock would be used for large acquisitions but there is no way I want to do anymore at $1 or so per share. And as well, I do not want to dilute myself or the shareholders so if a large acquisition did come along it would have to be as valuable as the shares issued for its purchase, and enhance the value of the company so not to affect the value of the company. It's a tricky balance. My own wealth is greatly affected by the performance of this company so I do not want to do anything that would cause the stock to collapse - any ill conceived dilution would certainly kill the company."
