You have to live out here to understand that. Every special interest group and the greenies want it their way while pushing out all the business because you cannot run one out here profitable. They have a CA Air Resource Board that goes around fining every business ( small business if they do not have a cap on an aerosol can or cap on a bottle it is $45 penalty for each container) When they come around it is hundreds of dollars for a mom & pop store - it is unbelievable
