I read this many times in many stocks, ethics don´t exist in pinky word, 90% of company or even more are scams in PINK and OTC Markets.

Investors are not important, investors are only ATM for these CEOs.

Based in my experience, the R/S is a real fact, voting in not necesary GREV have control of the company.
