You guys are all looking at the wrong chart... Please goto stockcharts.com and pull up a weekly chart on OWVI. You will see that this is the major resistance level. True on the short term chart we have hurdles of .0036, .0058, and .0095 ahead of us but on the weekly chart, this is the resistance to blue skies. My personal thoughts are that we will indeed see multiple pennies on this puppy and a very decent possibility of .05 or more in the coming months. Load up now or chase up later...
