Wrong yet again. How do stock options granted and partially exercisable, but not yet exercised, explain the obvious dilution from yesterday? (Answer: they have nothing to do with it.) When options that are reported in Table II are exercised, they must be reported as shares directly owned in Table I. And when the shares are sold, that too gets reported in Table I.
