What is interesting to me is that ESI is the only American manufacturer of enzmymes according to their website, and they are rather small.

The three American companies that are in my sites are ESI, EESO, and WOW.

Enzymes have been around for a bit longer than decades.

If the different companies are so prevalent, what am I missing?

Commodities...that's what people live on.
