All that it says is

they are not going thru with the registration that was filed previously and it is being requested that it be withdrawn, added neither of the filings stated common shares to be registered. This one baffles me , they are selling to someone at 0002 and its not retail, the mms wouldnt play a risky game of buy up the 2's to sell them at 3's if something bad was coming down the pipe or they become bagholders as well , in a way that is. Still researching this one thats for sure.
