The volume will increase when we get more information regarding the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the major defense contractor. The last PR was on 8-13-09. Hopefully the company will have news of the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) or an actual Contract soon. The stock is cheap right now, I wish I had the funds to buy more.
