Funny, why would he answer a question regarding SG/A? He knows its a negative and he must be swimming in the clouds at this moment. Why bring the man down. Its a question he doesn't have to give an answer too. Just like ole Tiger Woods. He doesn't have to say squat and probably should from a pr point of view. If I were Dean and some smart a$$ came up to me with a loaded question as that, I'd blow him off and take my free key chain away.
Everyone knows they are not making bucks at this moment, but give em a FDA thumbs up and it all out the window at that point.

I bet he would give that question some attention if the FDA has a hold up or worse, The it becomes very reveliant. Not now under this cloud of optimisim.
