GORO,

Wow, great news today, that is an incredible expansion of the life of the mine especially when they are currently using just one drill. In my mind this is only the beginning. Gold resources has multiple other properties nearby still to explore and after they start exploration they will have minimally three or four drills running. Hochschild has been really pushing GORO to focus more on exploration; they believe that GORO is sitting on something special. For free, Hochschild has been providing geologists and other people to analyze the surrounding land. There have even been recent talks where Hochschild will come in and explore some of the other land areas for GORO (for a fee of course).

Short term, I am expecting one more Private Placement before commercial production, though it should be extremely small. I'm hoping 2 million shares which will keep the share count around 52 million. And of course, production news could come anytime, though I'm fully prepared for the news to take place in Q1 2010.
