Excellent points raised.
Recent reports are that 70% of biodiesel capacity in the US is IDLE because of Operating Losses being incurred in production of biodiesel.

There's no plan! Zenergy first said it wanted to help the little guy buy feedstock and sell his biodiesel to BP. Then Zenergy was building a $30 million plant in California. Now, Zenergy is trying to buy a distressed shut-down plant. They just switch from story to story to support their real business - trading their shares to bagholders.

All those profits you project for Zenergy assume they are runnung at nameplate capacity. A biodiesel plant is LUCKY to run at 25%. They can't sell the stuff and it does not keep well!
