Its not really that disappointing. During the shareholders meeting in LV, the MM told me that it is not important for INIX to uplist to the BB. He said that it would cost the company $100K to have and maintain audited fins. He said the company should spend its revenue on the various products and that their success will allow iFinix to move to the AMEX or NASDAQ.

The share price will not be affected by not uplisting. Having an awesome RealTime and Trader making huge revenue is more important, IMO
