At .0036 this is a steal for the next two days. Expect HUUUGGGGEEEEEEE news to be released by Thursday. FDIC approval and rumor has it that the sponsor bank may even be HSBC. Now we do not not know this to be factual (and do your own DD on it) but all signs are pointing this way!
