All I can think is these guys are not allowed to invest in pinkies but these shares are so low that it would never effect them fianacially (most not allowed to invest in pinkies because their insurance will not cover loses)so the only reason to do a few shares is too prove they can find the next up coming new market and company in that field. More for advertizing down the road and to be be able to win new major new investors by showing we were out front of other investment houses.
