ZRANs report was just ugly, ugly, ugly. They warned not just for 4Q but the first half of 2005.
1. Sharp buildup in inventory across the space. They got to write it down or burn it off.
2. 4Q revenue was supposed to be 120 million now 70-80 million. Big loss.
3. Pricing and margin pressures in the space due to inventory buildup.

Wonder if they stuffed the channel in the last few quarters and now it is payback time?

There are setbacks and there are true disasters. In this crazy market who knows about the stock price tomorrow but I wouldn't expect ZRAN itself to bounce back soon.
