Big news and happenings about to happen despite a coming a possible R/S of 10-1. Company To Approve a Share Exchange Agreement and Spin-Off Agreement. It is expected that the Company and Marathon Health Care (“Marathon”) will enter into a Share Exchange Agreement. Date to occur 11-30-2009. Should be hearing something soon. I am hoping for the best as a current shareholder who bought more shares at these low prices! But this could also be risky....?
A personal judgment call that could go either way. But if promised P/R's comes out as predicted, this will move up fast!
