It's the route that's currently being pursued, as I just finished developing one of the pieces of the requisite accounting to be able to develop the GSI Q3 2009 numbers. The other alternative would be to merge into an OTC BB or pink sheet shell, but that definitely requires more money than the $10,000 filing fee and/or a significant amount of stock to be given up to go that route, neither of which is in the first case, available, or in the second case, desirable. If a good deal could be struck for purchase of a shell, that route would probably be faster to resumption of trading, although we still need to get the financial statements current in any event.
