You need at least $25K in your account and then its a go with penny stocks on ST.
No reason to restrict ya on pinks or pennys. Check out the 'Global Messages on your Right side of your home page. Look at the "Clearing Restriction"...If IMGG is not on either of those list its a green light to trade as many times as you want. Thats The DTCC and those guys can hold up clearing shares and lock down a good day trade.

Its an eye opener to see the company on that list.I've been lock out of many of those plays. Probably for my best intrest.
