Advanced Clean Technologies to Make Application to Pink Sheets for Current Information Tier





Advanced Clean Technologies, Inc. (PINKSHEETS:ACTH) reported today that the Company is making application to Pink Sheets OTC to be moved up from its current Limited Information Tier to Current Information Tier. All current and potential shareholders will have access to the Company's Initial Company Information and Disclosure Statement, as well as other associated financial documents that are required to achieve Current Information Status with Pink OTC Markets, Inc.


Pink Sheets Current Information companies are those that submit filings to Pink Sheet regulators on a quarterly and annual basis with powers of review and that make the filings publicly available, or non-reporting companies that make current information publicly available on the Pink Sheets News Service pursuant to Pink OTC Markets Guidelines for Providing Adequate Current Information.
